Volunteers Required

We would like to have an active and participatory group with dynamic programs so that we can live up to our mandate.

If you like what we do then please consider volunteering; you will be networking with some excellent leaders in the community and we do not charge event registration fee to the volunteers.

Wanted volunteers in the following areas:

• Brochure Distribution
• Procuring sponsors / Sponsors Scout
• Operating and/or Assisting the Meetup.com Group 's website
• Coordinating speakers / Speakers Scout
• Marketing and Promotion: Media coordination
• Marketing and Promotion: Community outreach
• Becoming board members
• Managing Internet and web design
• Finance and Grant Coordination
• Publishing e-Newsletters
• Coordinating Resource Centre
• Event Operations

All volunteers will make up the Executive Committee of Friends of Heart. Professional or work background is of value, however attitude and commitment are more valuable.
