Our standard return window extends 30 days from the delivery date, during which you may return most items for a full refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, items must be in pristine condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included. We cannot accept returns of items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way. Special conditions apply to certain categories of products, which are clearly marked on their respective product pages.
Initiating a return is simple through our online return center. You’ll need to provide your order number and reason for return to generate a return authorization. Once approved, we provide a prepaid return label and detailed packaging instructions. We strongly recommend retaining your return tracking number, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit without proper tracking documentation.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned merchandise. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the return results from our error. For exchanges, we strive to process and ship your new item within 48 hours of approving the return. We maintain the right to refuse returns that don’t meet our policy conditions or show signs of misuse.
