**PLEASE REVIEW ALL MEASUREMENTS!!** There appears to be some definite shrinkage when comparing the tagged size to my measurements. I think these would fit more as a size 6 as opposed to a 9 or 28. The waist measures 12″ flat, so about 24″ around, so significantly smaller than the average size 9.

Length: 38″
