Lightweight navy blue silk fabric with white clovers print all over. Fit and flare dress. Front metal zipper with bow snaps on and button at the neck. . Light weight shoulder pads. Not 80s like at all. Close to a full circle skirt, but not quite. Unlined.

Some issues to note:
1. Discoloration of fabric in places
2. Some fabric pull at the waist
3. One shoulder pad has come undone on one side. Still attached.
