It has been worn only a few times, cleaned and stored. It was a popular brand at the time, and I think it is a good quality item with a solid tailoring.
Although it has been quite a few years, I think it is in very good condition. It may look bluish in the photos, but the color of the tag in the second photo (although the body color is shown as black) is the closest to the actual color, a calm navy blue.
