Batteries are brand new but were recalled due to defective BMS. BMS units were recalled due to shorts and overheating. Battery packs are brand new but will require a new BMS. BMS units were removed by Warehouse Personnel before resale. Batteries can still be used by themselves without the BMS, (BATTERY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM), where the taped leads are located. The BMS is required for even battery cell charging, several available 18 and 19 amp hour mostly 18 amp hour at the moment.
