5136 Haeger Pottery Round Rolled Edge Trinket Dish

Haeger Pottery Square Round Rolled Edge Trinket Dish marked 5136 on the bottom.
I see a small chip on the rim if the dish is upside down and missing a little bit of the glaze on the rim too.
