Floral Dress with Red Ribbon

A dress I believe i bought at Hot Topic a few years ago. Haven’t worn it since I had my babies, so it’s time to let someone else love it. Stored in a suitcase the last few years, so there are a few wrinkles, but they come out easy if you hang it in the bathroom while you take a warm shower.
