True vintage 1930’s 30’s little girls baby white short puff sleeve blouse top

True vintage 1930’s 30’s toddler little girls baby white button up blouse top! No size so please see measurements because I am unsure. Cute short puff sleeves. Rainbow stripe trim. Peter pan collar. Has all it’s original buttons up the front. Tiny little front pockets. Ties in the back. There is a brown spot in front near the hem but overall wonderful condition. Please see photos. Has had a full soak and press. I have not spot treated. Feels like a cotton. Could also be a pretty little short sleeve jacket. I was finding baby books dating 1931 in the boxes. Happy to answer any questions ♡♡

Pit to pit – 13 1/2 inches across.
Length from shoulder to hem – 11 1/2 inches.
Arm opening – 3 3/4 inches across unstretched.
