Made in the USA, Tie waist, blue embroidery on chest and bottom, sheer overlay & lined underneath, lace detailing, tie front with peephole.

Can be worn as a dress if you are daring. Size tag says petite average, Might measures around approximately a size small according to mercari size chart bust measurement (pictured)- but size is unknown.
