It’s not lined per se, but it’s not see through bc it has a dark blue backing to the fabric. It’s awesome.
Elastic waist, ties at shoulders but also there the ties are adjustable so once you get the ties in place you would never have to mess with them again if you need yo adjust further- just use the slides (pic 4)
I didn’t mention the pockets yet did I!!!
There are POCKETS!!!! Gah we love pocketses..
Youth Size 18 or XXL
I got this for my mom and accidentally got the wrong size so it’s too big and it’s way past when I can return it.
approx- bc adjustable length 30”, bust 17”, waist (unstretched) 17”, leg opening 13”
I believe this could fit a medium sized woman as well as a xxl/18 youth, but my mom is petite in stature so she was swimming in this.
